Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15.10.2026
1. Controller
The data controller (operator under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ) is the sole proprietor Бондаренко Евгений Владимирович, INN 501818673555, OGRNIP 319508100025585, Russian Federation. Contact: evgenybo@bk.ru. This policy applies to ewiday.com.
2. The short version
There are no accounts, registration or database. We store nothing on our server: your projects live only in your browser (localStorage). Server access logs are disabled.
3. Data we process
| Data | How it is handled | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| IP address (hashed) | Short-lived, in server memory only; never written to disk; reset at least daily | Enforcing the free limit and abuse protection |
| Prompt text and text extracted from attached files | Passed through our server to the DeepSeek API; not stored by us | Generating the result you requested |
| E-mail address | Entered by you on the lava.top payment page and passed to lava.top for your receipt; we do not store it | Payment and receipt |
| Language cookie, project data, package token | In your browser (cookie / localStorage) | Operation of the service |
Text from Word/PDF/Excel files is extracted locally in your browser; only the extracted text is sent. Images and logos never leave your browser. The free table comparison tool sends nothing.
Please do not include personal data of third parties or confidential information in prompts or files.
4. Legal bases
- Your consent, given by sending an AI request or paying after reading this policy;
- performance of the contract with you (Terms);
- our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse (for technical data); for users in the EEA/UK, the equivalent GDPR bases (Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (f)) apply.
5. International transfers
5.1. Prompt text is processed by DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek, China). Our server is hosted by Zomro in Germany; we operate from Russia. These countries may not offer a level of data protection equivalent to your home country.
5.2. By sending an AI request you consent to this transfer. If you do not agree, do not send AI requests; manual editing and the table comparison tool involve no such transfer.
5.3. Payments are handled by lava.top under its own policy; we do not receive your card details.
6. Retention
Hashed IP data is kept in memory for no longer than a day. We keep nothing else. Browser data stays until you clear it. Data held by DeepSeek or lava.top is governed by their policies, which we do not control.
7. Sharing
We share data only with the recipients listed above: DeepSeek (prompt text), lava.top (e-mail and payment data) and the hosting provider (infrastructure). We do not sell data and use no analytics, advertising or trackers (see the Cookie Policy).
8. Security
We use HTTPS, no persistent storage, disabled access logs and IP hashing. No internet transmission is completely secure.
9. Your rights
You may ask for information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and complain to the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor), a court, or, if you are in the EU/UK, your local supervisory authority. Because we do not hold data that identifies you, access or deletion may be technically impossible; we will tell you if so. Write to evgenybo@bk.ru.
10. Children
The service is not intended for children under 14 (or the age of digital consent in your country) without parental involvement.
11. Changes
New versions are published on this page and apply from the date shown at the top.
