This Disclaimer supplements the Terms of Service. All limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.

1. AI output

  • Presentations, text, infographics and charts are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, fabricated facts, wrong calculations or outdated information.
  • You must verify the output before using, publishing or sharing it, including product cards on Wildberries, Ozon or other marketplaces.
  • Output is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice.
  • We do not guarantee that output is unique, complies with marketplace rules, or does not infringe third-party rights.

2. Your content

You are responsible for what you submit and for having rights to it. Do not upload third parties' personal data or confidential information: prompt text and text extracted from your files is sent to DeepSeek (China). You bear the consequences of such uploads.

3. Third-party services

We rely on DeepSeek (AI), lava.top (payments), DonationAlerts (donations) and a hosting provider in Germany. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, changes in terms, blocks, or how they handle data you give them.

4. Availability and data safety

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Interruptions, limits and feature changes may occur. Projects are stored only in your browser and can be lost if you clear browser data; we hold no copies and cannot recover them.

5. Windows software

ScanToPDF and Runo are provided "as is" without warranty. Executables are not code-signed, so antivirus or SmartScreen may warn you. Runo changes Windows startup entries: use it at your own risk and make a backup or restore point first. We are not liable for data loss or system malfunction.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profit, loss of data or reputational harm. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package (or software) and is excluded for free use to the extent the law allows.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network or data-center failures, government action, sanctions or other restrictions, blocking of services and cyberattacks.
